Columbus Health Department offers immunizations, hearing, vision, and dental exams during National Infant Immunization Week


To celebrate National Infant Immunization Week, the Columbus Department of Public Health will be offering low cost or free, for those who are elibible, immunizations starting on Tuesday, April 26th - Friday, April 29th from 8:00 A.M. to 4:00 P.M. for children ages 6 weeks to 6 years of age.  In order to support working families, the health department will remain open until 6:00 P.M. on Thursday, April 28th.

There will also be FREE Hearing, Vision and Dental screenings for children 4 years through 6 years of age during this week.  The clinic is located on the 2nd Floor of the Health & Human Services Building, Child Health/General Clinic area.  Take advantage of this wonderful opportunity.  Get your children ready for the upcoming school year and avoid the rush and long lines.  No appointment necessary.  The free services are for Georgia residents only.
